Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & confirmation

Submitting an enquiry through our website, WhatsApp, phone or email does not automatically confirm an appointment. Your booking is confirmed only after the Nine and Shine team confirms the therapist, time, location, service and price. Availability depends on therapist scheduling, travel time, treatment duration, building or community access, hotel access requirements and daily scheduling capacity.

2. Operating hours

Nine and Shine is available Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We are closed on Mondays. The latest available appointment start time depends on the duration of the selected treatment, therapist availability and travel time.

3. Payment

Prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due on completion of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation & rescheduling

Confirmed appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least six hours before the scheduled appointment time. Where less than six hours' notice is provided, the full booking amount will be payable.

Cancellation notice is measured against the confirmed appointment start time — not the time of booking. Requests to cancel or reschedule should be sent by WhatsApp to +971 55 672 8754 or by email to contact@nineandshine.com.

5. No-show & access

Where the therapist arrives at the confirmed location and the customer is unavailable, refuses access, or the appointment cannot proceed for reasons outside Nine and Shine's control, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and the full booking amount will be payable.

Customers are responsible for arranging any building, community or hotel access required for the therapist to reach the appointment location safely and on time.

6. Add-ons & upgrades

Additional focused treatments and session upgrades may be available and are subject to therapist availability. Availability and pricing are confirmed by our booking team on WhatsApp.

7. Offers & promotions

Seasonal offers and promotions are subject to availability, therapist scheduling, treatment selection, and specific terms disclosed at the time of booking. Offers are not combinable unless explicitly confirmed by the Nine and Shine team. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at our discretion.

8. Professional conduct

Nine and Shine provides professional massage and wellness services only. Please see our Professional Conduct policy for full details.

9. Health & safety

Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, pregnancy status, allergies or sensitivities when booking so we can advise on treatment suitability. Nine and Shine reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment where health or safety considerations require it.

10. Liability

Nine and Shine and its therapists carry professional insurance. To the extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates, our liability is limited to the cost of the appointment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
