Spa Manager — Salary + Review/Feedback Commission

Compensation: Competitive base salary + review/feedback commission + performance bonuses (attractive pay structure)

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily operations across two locations (front desk flow, schedules, cleanliness, service readiness)

• Handle bookings/POS, confirmations, rebooking, and no-show reduction

• Support staffing: scheduling, coverage, onboarding, training, accountability

• Lead client experience + resolve escalations professionally

• Drive Google reviews and client feedback systems (commission-linked)

• Support light marketing: collect content, assist with posting, ensure review + social consistency

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years as a spa/salon manager / assistant manager / strong lead receptionist

• Organized, calm under pressure, strong communication

• Comfortable with booking software, reports, and KPIs (rebooking rate, utilization, no-shows)

• Reputation-first mindset (Google Business Profile, reviews, client retention)
